Product Information – All our planters are made to order and made by hand in New York City. Each planter is unique and is made of pummeled marble and rock that is mixed with resin to create lightweight and weather resistant containers. Colors can vary slightly as each planter and each piece is prepared for individual orders.
Delivery – Our production turnaround time runs approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order. Orders ship via Fed Ex Ground or by Pallet Delivery [for oversized items]. Once you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 48-hours to confirm your final freight rate.
Returns – Unless an item is shipped in error or damaged in shipping, we do not accept returns.
Customized Options – Our products are shipped in our signature Lead Grey. Other colors include Matte Black, Dark Grey, and Limestone #1. Please call to inquire about custom colors.
